BAEM Healthcare Training Academy will strive to achieve these high standards in health, safety, and wellbeing, not only to comply with statutory requirements, but also because such an approach can lead to fewer accidents, incidents, and ill health for its workforce and others. Each staff member is trained and well aware of all health and safety procedures.

As a training center, we shall implement this policy through:
• Ensuring all staff, volunteers, and learners have access to this information to assist them in planning, putting into practice, and monitoring their rights and responsibilities under this policy
• Providing support and relevant training/updates for all staff, and learners and revising any policy or practice that could disadvantage individuals or groups
• Provision of regular training and updates for staff, and learners
• Ensure all staff and learners know how to offer feedback and register complaints
• Effective complaints procedures will be used to resolve complaints of discrimination with full and prompt consideration under this policy, breaches of this policy will be dealt with through BAEM Healthcare Training Academy complaints procedures.
